The role of Perm scientists in the origin and development of sylvinite speleoclimatic chambers, now successfully used for the treatment of chronic sluggish COPD of various etiologies is considered: various allergopathies such as bronchial asthma, pollinosis, allergic dermatitis, as well as for the relief of various manifestations of stress and post-stress conditions. The success of treatment and/or rehabilitation of a patient with speleoclimatotherapy is associated with a complex integral nonspecific effect of special therapeutic aerodisperse salt environment of speleocamers on the entire human body, which makes it possible to «turn on» all internal reparative and sanogenetic mechanisms for normalizing its physiological functioning. It is proposed to use the features of the method to combat the consequences of acute respiratory diseases, including influenza and covid. The results of successful practice of treatment in sylvinite speleoclimatic chambers to restore normal physiological processes of adaptation of the body to adverse environmental changes and thereby achieve its complete cure or stable remission (up to several years) are described.
