About the place of nanotechnologies in the system of technological ways

Abstract

The article describes the system of technological ways that form the coordinated levels; it also reveals the gnoseological basis of the finiteness of technological ways. The place of nanotechnologies in the system of technological ways as a material-applied area of modern computing systems and information technologies is defined. It is emphasized that scientific and technological sovereignty in the field of nanotechnologies is ensured by scientific and technological sovereignty in the field of computer equipment and software.
