Archaeobotanical research was carried out in Rozhdestvenskoye settlement - one of the largest Perm krai medieval archaeological sites in order to reconstruct people’s household activity. The archaeobotanical analysis of a sample taken from a storage-pit showed that barley grains Hordeum vulgare and some kinds of wheat Triticum were mainly stored in it, including a small admixture of rye Secale cereale and oats Avena sativa. Cereals grains were stored in a well-refined form. Hemp Сannabis sativa was found among technical crops.
