Abstract

In order to obtain active cytotoxic agents, semisynthetic triterpene oxazoles and isoxazoles with a yield of novel heterocyclic azoles with the hydroxyl group at position C (1) or (3) have been modified. A method for synthesis on the basis of betulin modified on carbon (28) azoles has been developed. The screening of anti-tumor activity of the synthesis products has been done, the most promising compounds (IC50 1.6-32.5 mg/ml) being selected.
