Abstract

Not every scientist is able to create a new direction in science. Vasily Vasilyevich Tereshatov was one of those indefatigable laborers who did it. Being ahead of Russian and foreign researchers, he made a major breakthrough in theory and practice of molecular design of block structure polymers in the late 90s – mid 2010s. That made it possible to obtain innovative materials at the world level for the use in defense industry, aviation, oil refining and gas industries.
