Numerical-analytical method of solving the plane problem of equal-stressed reinforcement of metal-composite plates under steady creep conditions

Abstract

The problem of equal-stressed reinforcement of plates loaded in plane and operating under conditions of steady creep is integrated numerically by performing the synthesis of a simple iteration method and generalized Runge-Kutta methods. It is shown that there may be several alternative solutions to the problem under consideration, and all solutions can be selected reliably using the developed algorithm. Specific projects of equal-stress-reinforcement of a doubly-connected plate subjected to different loading conditions are developed.
