Abstract

A two-level model algorithm for describing metal forming processes accompanied by texture formation and anisotropy of elasto-plastic properties is introduced. The peculiarities of realization of the proposed algorithm are discussed, and the required computational time and memory resources are estimated. For effective computation, a parallelization algorithm is introduced, and possible solutions are discussed. In addition, some distinguishing features of simulation of metal forming processes in the stationary formulation of the problem are considered.
