Биоцидные гуанидиниевые и фосфониевые полимерные материалы

Аннотация

В обзоре приведены представители фосфониевых и гуанидинсодержащих полимеров, ранее полученные в России и за рубежом. Известно, что введение в полимеры гуанидиниевой и фосфониевой групп придает материалам на их основе высокую антимикробную активность. Перспективными химическими структурами для получения новых биоцидных полимеров являются впервые синтезированные в «ИТХ УрО РАН» уникальные мономеры – 2,2-диаллил-1,1,3,3-тетраэтилгуанидиний и трис(диэтиламино) диаллиламинофосфоний хлориды. На их основе получены новые биоцидные сополимеры, исследованы количественные физико-химические закономерности процессов образования полимеров, определена возможность для регулирования строения, структуры, молекулярных масс и биоцидных свойств. В обзоре представлены полученные полимерные материалы и показан большой потенциал полимерных солей в качестве бактерицидов и антисептиков. Синтезированные сополимеры на основе гуанидиниевой и фосфониевой солей были рассмотрены также в качестве наностабилизирующих матриц для частиц серебра, благодаря присутствию функциональных групп в сополимерах, способствующих эффективной стабилизации наночастиц металлов. Полученные полимерные материалы за счет синергетического усиления биоцидных свойств обладают высокой бактерицидной активностью и имеют большие перспективы при разработке агентов для борьбы с бактериальными биопленками.
