Дрожжи в микробных консорциумах, осуществляющих биодеградацию органических экополлютантов

Среди микробных деструкторов органических экозагрязнителей особое место занимают дрожжи, способные формировать консорциумы с различными микроорганизмами. В работе проведен анализ наиболее часто встречающихся партнеров дрожжевых клеток в природных микробных консорциумах, а также указаны экополлютанты, деградация которых в загрязненных средах под действием полимикробных биосистем наиболее хорошо изучена. К числу таких экополлютантов относятся углеводороды нефти, микотоксины, фунгициды, красители, синтетические полимеры. В их биодеградации отмечена значимая роль разнообразных дрожжевых ферментных систем. Природный химический состав клеточных стенок дрожжей, а также их способность синтезировать и внутриклеточно накапливать определенные белки и пептиды обеспечивают дрожжи мощным сорбционным потенциалом по отношению к различным тяжелым металлам, отличающим их от других микроорганизмов. Максимальные степень и скорости биодеградации экозагрязнителей, которые присутствуют в водных средах, достигаются под действием консорциумов, содержащих высокие концентрации клеток дрожжей. Особое внимание уделено формированию кворумного ответа у дрожжей и его роли в регуляции свойств, проявляемых клетками в консорциумах. Отмечена возможность регуляции интенсивности развития биопленок и проявления кворума у клеток в консорциумах через регуляцию концентраций специфичных кворумных молекул. Обсуждаются возможности и перспективы конструирования искусственных консорциумов с участием дрожжей. Представленная информация дает понимание роли консорциумов дрожжей в высоко востребованных в современном мире процессах биодеградации органических экополлютантов.
